Our Suites

Set over three levels, Victoria By The Park has made its name as a prestigious residential setting with luxurious furnishings and fittings. Unlike the standard of aged care facilities in Australia, our care recipients do not live in rooms but live in suites. This is an important distinction as the suites often include a sitting room, balcony, kitchenette, built in wardrobe, bedroom and accompanying en suite. The result is a spacious and luxurious living area that better accommodates for the needs of the elderly, and sets the standard for the future of aged care in Australia. The size and aspect of the suite is determinative of the Accommodation Payment (see our FAQ section for more information).

The design reflects the long-term expectations of older persons in the local area as well as making it inviting for family and friends to visit and become involved in our community. Victoria by The Park offers accessible internet for care recipients, and our staff assist and teach care recipients to use modern technologies, including video-conferencing with medical practitioners and communicating with family and friends using the internet.
